Rutkowski & Co. Holdings Ltd is the parent company behind a portfolio of technology ventures. Founded in Belfast, the group is focused on building high-quality software products and companies with long-term value.
Rutkowski & Co Holdings started with one product, Breakout Engine, and a simple idea: building something worth owning takes longer than a funding round does. We're not chasing an exit. We're building a small group of businesses we plan to hold for good, funded by their own profits rather than outside money.
What we look for
- Profitable already, or close to it. We don't fund speculative bets with cash burn.
- Durable rather than trendy. Real switching costs or loyal customers, not whatever's hot this quarter.
- Long horizon. We're not flipping anything in eighteen months.
- Founder run where we can manage it. We'd rather back someone who actually cares about the product than run it ourselves.
